Altitude Fitness Armidale provides spatial design consulting, airflow volume auditing, and office posture consulting services to commercial clients. Our work is strictly limited to the assessment and optimization of physical office environments. We do not offer fitness programs, personal training, gym memberships, or any health-related coaching. All recommendations are based on structural and ergonomic analysis, not medical advice.
Clients agree to provide accurate information about their office layout, HVAC systems, and employee work patterns. Clients must ensure safe access to all areas being inspected. Any modifications to workstations or building systems are the responsibility of the client to implement after receiving our written recommendations. Altitude Fitness Armidale is not liable for injuries or damages resulting from improper installation or use of equipment suggested during consulting.
Our assessments are based on observable conditions at the time of inspection. We do not guarantee specific health outcomes, including but not limited to reductions in back pain, fatigue, or respiratory issues. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Altitude Fitness Armidale’s total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific project giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
All reports, diagrams, audit data, and recommendations provided by Altitude Fitness Armidale remain our intellectual property. Clients receive a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use these materials for internal purposes only. Redistribution or publication of our deliverables without prior written consent is prohibited.
Either party may terminate a project agreement with seven days’ written notice. Upon termination, the client shall pay for all services rendered up to the effective date. Altitude Fitness Armidale reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if a client fails to provide accurate information or creates unsafe working conditions for our consultants.
We may update these terms from time to time. Clients will be notified of material changes via email or a notice on our website. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
